Hi Chris, 

I know I answered you directly but I wanted to answer here in case anyone else is having any issues.

The BEST place to check right now is always the Private TRiBE Premium Facebook Group - because whether it's Live in Zoom or not - it will always (unless any technical difficulties happen) end up in there.

To check the Schedule though you can go to https://healthyselftribe.com/schedule. Inside there we endeavour to have either the Zoom Link if it's Live or let you know it will be in Facebook.

We are continually working on and simplifying this process - thanks for asking the question!

Hi Brandan thanks for asking those questions mate, other people will vastly benefit from them too. 
 

1) stop eating foods that add bad cholesterol.  I.e. meat, dairy and fats that are animal or man made. 

2) stress - that's a whole conversation to go deep in. Your stress? Why? What's your rules and triggers? What's your diet? What's your normal breathing pattern, what's your beliefs of the situation? Do you meditate or why not?
Stress is a made up word for the emotion of scared or being uncertain. When we can flip that uncertainty to certainty, people lower their "stress". So we need to have a chat about that more. 
3) High BP - what's your diet? Exercise? Water intake? If you can, do the 7 rounds of 7 breathing exercise and also go for long walks. Eat plants and fruit. Have tomatoes ???? drink grapefruit juice etc. 

once again there are lots of things. 

But why not have a coach and you get together and delve deeper into these so you can get back in control of your health. Perhaps get some coaching over a few months to empower the truth of your body and healing so you never have to "stress" about these things again.

Hey Darren thanks for the question.

I fully believe that ANY disease can be healed or reversed with the right protocols. 

Some will take weeks, others can take months or years. But if someone does the work, then yes. They can heal from any disease. 
Luckily there are people who have reversed MND and CF. 
But truly, this convo is not a do a celery juice smoothie or have an essential oil bath and you'll be right. This diagnosis deserves the right foundations for healing and that starts with a call with one of our coaches. 
Book one in and have a chat. I personally recommend coaching and even attending TT's seminars on healing and rejuvenating. 
 

Yet to finish once again, I say yes. Any disease can heal.
