Hi Rina, hope you are well lovely lady! Excited that you are wanting to watch my Class!

There are two ways to find classes - the first is under the Educators Channel (you find their channels in the Education section) click the Educator > click Education > Premium Classes > Voila!

The second way is to go to Premium Dashboard > Library of Premium Classes > And choose the Dashboard Topic of that Week

For ease of use right now - here is a direct link to the Premium Classes under my Channel: https://tribe.healthyself.co/tribe-education/channel/hayley-premium-class

Hey there! Not sure if it's been answered yet but I would juice a lot of citrus for her. Citrus will help break up the lymphatic system to relieve that mucus. If she is eating, perhaps some potatoes as they help target lungs and the starches mood up toxins.

Hi great question in this world that we find ourself in. So start with increasing water 1L per 22kg your child weights. Add citrus as Coach Clint explained. Lots of fruit too as we want to keep the bowels moving, stay away from bread and dairy. I find the more the bowels move the more the mucous moves. I have tried this in nursing homes- the minute people get chesty I put them on thin soups and lots of water and the mucous never builds up. -Over night make sure there is no draft in her room and that she keeps warm. Also HTS have an immune booster colloidal silver spray- silver kills bacteria. With kids in the house you should think of getting some we always have it on hand for our kids. If you have any other questions please shoot them through- Coach Colleen HTS, Registered Nurse

Hi Tina - Welcome to TRiBE, sorry for the delay. I let you into the Facebook Group which is where you can find all the fun and activity!

The best place to get the links and know what is coming up is to bookmark the TRiBE Premium Schedule which you will find inside the TRiBE Premium Dashboard which you will find under the Education Menu. Here is an easy link to bookmark to the Schedule here: https://tribe.healthyself.co/premium-schedule.html

I will check those links in the Events section. Thanks for letting us know!

Hi Tina, this is absolutely the right place to post :)

You mentioned he hasn't changed washing powder etc which is great to eliminate. Would he have come into contact with any unusual chemical, plant, animal etc that he wouldn't normally or eaten anything different? It does look like a bit of an allergic reaction - any idea how long it's been there? If it fades after a day or 2 I would say it's most likely a reaction to something unusal that he isn't used to. Be good to try to identify the source but he may not remember. I'm also assuming this type of thing is uncommon for him? If so that makes me think a reaction even more whereas if he experiences this type of thing often it's potentially something more going on.

If it doesn't fade then it's potentially a sign of something internally. Our skin is our largest organ and needs to detox like all our other organs. When it can't do that through normal channels like sweat etc due to clogged pores, backed up insides, skin reactions like this can be seen. Initially to soothe I would use a good quality lavendar oil - I find this is a great oil for itches and bites! You could also start to use guasha directly on it (lots of articles in TRiBE when you search) but that may be a bit harsh while it's flaired up so go gently. Lots of direct sunshine on it and saunas/sweating will help too.

Hope that helps! I'm sure some of the other coaches may have great ideas too :)

Britelle x
