The 4 Day Fast Cleanse, is where you only eat the colon cleanse mix over the four days as per the suggested daily schedule. This option is good if you have completed some kind of cleanse before, or have a reasonably healthy digestive system.

If you are really backed up or constipated, you may want to start with just doing a spoonful a day in the mornings added to your normal routine, to start the process. After that, if you are starting to feel the benefits, you could do the full 4 day fast cleanse as per the suggested daily schedule.

This is not a quick fix, but a process to help clean your digestive system over time. You may want to repeat it regularly over a few months to get the full benefits. After all there may be years of toxicity in your system so it may take some time. This is a lifestyle, not a diet. And of course please consult a physician before starting any cleanse.

You could also add grapefruit, orange or lime (or a drop or two of good quality ingestible citrus essential oils) and a pinch of rock or sea salt to rehydrate the body after an overnight fast. Citrus emulsifies fats so your body can remove it and because it passes the blood-brain barrier, it also helps to clear plaque and amyloid from the brain.

Use 1Tbsp if you are under 75kg or 2Tbsp if you’re over 75kg and mix it in around 200ml (6oz) of water, either warm or cold, depending on what you prefer. This mixture will bulk, so pour in the water, stir and drink quickly! If needed, you can add raw honey to sweeten. It also tastes great mixed with fresh apple juice.

It’s better that you don’t eat anything else during the colon cleanse. However, if you have to eat, apples are best. If you need a salad, that’s ok too, as long as you don’t use any of those nasty store-bought dressings. Focus on eating as little as you can, and if you feel the need to eat then only have clean fresh wholefoods.

You may feel bloated or thirstier than usual so it’s really important to stay hydrated. You can also drink fresh apple juice. If you experience constipation, you could try a salt flush or enema to ease discomfort and get things moving.

Remember to practice the 7 Principles of Health: Air, Water, Sunshine, Whole foods, Exercise, Passion, Relationships. Have an enema or colonic, sit in a sauna or exercise up a sweat, spend some time in the sun, drink plenty of water, do my 7 Rounds of 7, and add in some sleep and you have a winning formula!

I'm experiencing Acid Reflux leading to vomitting after three 2-hourly doses of the colon cleanse mixture. is that normal? What suggestions do you have, as I wish to continue on the cleanse and get to the pulse diet?

Im on my first day of the colon cleanse and am finding it very hard to keep it down. I have been sick a couple of times and have only had the full amount once and have taken it 4 times today as couldnt hold down the last time. I really would like to get to eating the pulse but not sure if I should continue like this?

I am on day 2 of the Colon Cleanse and just checked out your website for more info. Both the video and the instruction sheet talk about a salt flush on day 5 -would Himalayan sea salt do the job?

We recommend purchasing some Fine Himalayan Sea Salt to use for the salt flush, and it's a great addition to your pantry (if you don't already have some). You can also use Epsom sea salts, although in our opinion, the Epsom is more aggressive through the system.
