How does the 'Sign me in automatically' work?
The 'Sign me in automatically' is optional, it saves your username and password on your computer and every time you access the page you will be automatically logged in.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on the 'Forgot your Password?' link on the front of the directory or on the sponsor login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect you to the 'Manage Account' section, where the password can be updated.
How can I change my password?
After logging in: 1. 'Go to 'Welcome [You name]' at the top of the page. 2. Click 'Your Profile Dashboard' > 'Edit my Profile'. 3. Select the 'Account Settings' tab. 4. Enter your new password and click 'Save changes' (scroll to bottom).
Can I change my username?
Yes, you can do that by going to 1. 'Go to 'Welcome [You name]' at the top of the page. 2. Click 'Your Profile Dashboard' > 'Edit my Profile'. 3. Select the 'Account Settings' tab. 4. Enter your new e-mail and click 'Save changes' (scroll to bottom).
Am I required to have an account to add items to the site?
Yes. In order to add any item, including Free items, to the directory you must have an account.
How can I sign up to be a member of TRiBE?
To sign up as a member go to the 'MEMBER LOGIN' link at top menu, at the bottom of that box you can select "Not a member? Sign up now". Choose your Member Level and complete your details either with email or Facebook Login. Then click pay now, enter in your credit card details and hit 'Buy'. You are now part of TRiBE - Welcome!
Why am I receiving an 'Account Locked' message?
If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.
How do I cancel my paid membership?
To cancel a paid membership level, click on 'Welcome [Your Name]' at the top of the page: 1. Click 'Your Profile Dashboard' > 'Edit my Profile' 2. Go to the 'Account Settings' tab. 3. Scroll down to 'Downgrade/Upgrade Your Paid Membership Plan' 4. Click 'Cancel Paid Subscription' to downgrade to the free 'Just Looking' membership level.
How do I change/update my payment information?
To change your payment details: 1. Go to 'Welcome [You name]' at the top of the page (if already logged in). 2. Click 'Your Profile Dashboard' > 'Edit my Profile' 3. Go to the 'Account Settings' tab. 4. Scroll down to 'Your Payment Details', click 'Change Card'. 5. Enter your new payment information and click 'Save Card'.
How can I change my membership level?
To change your membership level, click on 'Welcome [Your Name]' at the top of the page. 1. Click 'Your Profile Dashboard' > 'Edit my Profile'. 2. Go to the 'Account Settings' tab. 3. Scroll down to 'Upgrade/Downgrade Your Paid Membership Plan'. 4. Select your new level from the dropdown. If you are upgrading from the Free membership level, you will need to have your credit card ready.
How can I list my business in the TRiBE Directory?
Go to the top of the website and click "Want to boost your business with TRIBE? Join us today". Fill in the details of your business and follow the prompts. Once signed in, you can edit your Business Listing.
Where can I find all the 7 Principles of Health lessons and Q&A recordings from the old TRiBE program?
You can find most of what was in the old TRiBE in the Education Channels under 'Mentor Channels' and clicking on Tyler Tolman.
Where can I find the Detox & Nourish Cleanses?
