How old is your daughter? Those things may help with the reflux: - Avoid overeating
- Avoid wearing clothes with tight waistlines and belts that are too tight
- Raise the head of the bed by placing four to six inch blocks under the legs at the bed’s head
- Eat at least two to three hours before lying down. If taking naps, try sleeping in a chair - Avoid stress - add a pinch of bicarb soda to the water
- Eat more raw vegetables. Eat small more frequent meals. Chew your food well. Eat slowly and enjoy your food
- Do not consume caffeine products, carbonated beverages, fats, fried food, processed foods, sugar or tobacco
- DO not eat for three hours before bedtime
- Drink a big glass of water at the first sign of reflux
- Drink a glass of fresh cabbage or celery juice every day
- Eat a fresh papaya or pineapple to aid digestion
- Sip one tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, mixed with a glass of water, while eating a meal.

Turmeric & pineapple.make sure you add black pepper to the juice when you use turmeric as it activates the curcurmin which is the antiinflammatory.also add ginger.

A lot will depend on how fresh your produce is, and the water content.

To make 2 litres of CABALA juice use:

2.2kg carrots
6 x apples = 2x red, 2x green and 2x yellow, but if you can't get yellow, then just use extra of the others, or pears.
1 med beet
1 lemon or lime
I like adding ginger and garlic.
You can add celery, kale, Tyler's Greens, as these will add extra fluid.
