Hi Team, I recently completed my 2nd colon cleanse and broke the fast after 25 Days so still re-feeding at the moment.
I thought I should get some blood tests done and my GP is familiar with both Don and Tyler's protocols which was fantastic and rare in Perth to find a doctor who will work with you.
He was so happy with my 14 kg weight loss and with most of my blood test results after compling x2 Colon Cleanses and 2 Juice fasts in June and present.
My Cholesterol has always been very high and finally decreased to (5.8H), (HDL 4.1H), (LDL 3.9H).
To my surprise my Ferritin Iron levels have always been very low and they actually increased for the first time to (78).
My Thyroid Function Test has also for the first time decreased (TSH - 1.26) - (T4 - 11), (T3 4.0), Insulin Levels way down to 6.
(CRP way down to 15H), (ESR finally decreased to 38H).
Although GP was very happy he was concerned that my (Urea level had decreased way too much to 1.1L - should be between 3-0 - 8.0) and (DHEAS had also increased to 7.9H - should be between 0.51 - 5.56).
He wants me to continue to eat Tylers Pulse then slowly re-introduce protein into my diet as my body requires the protein to rebuild my amino acids consisting of grassfed organic beef, lamb and goat. I have worked so hard since June to elimate all animal products out of my diet towards my jouney to Plant Based eating.
As I have not been feeing very well this week with continued vertigo and fatigue I'm little uncertain the best way I can increase my Urea back to normal without having to consume any animal protein.
My doctor wants me to have another blood test in 4 weeks to check my Urea level again.
I want to do another juice fast in Jan21 and possibly my first water fast providing all my blood works are fine.
Team would be very grateful for any advise and tips relating to the above.
Thank Youuuuu
Viviana

When I go into my account, I dont know how to navigate this site. I have a screen shot of what I see.
Is there another webpage I should log in? I lost the link I saved on my phone where I could click on it.

Just wondering where I find the 7 Principles of Health Quiz so that I can start improving on certain areas of my health.
I have been looking through the website to find information regarding " High Cholesterol" and information about it, what it is, protocols to help to reduce it. I spent about 1 hour looking in the site and I haven't been able to find any information like this.
Can you help me find these topics
1) High Cholesterol protocol to reduce it
2) Stress and how to reduce it
3) High Blood pressure
Thank you,
Brandon

HI Viviana,
Well done on some impressive results - that must feel amazing to see you really taking back your health through the work you are doing!
Now I am no Doctor or Health Coach so I really can't give any advice. The only thing I can offer to suggest is once you are feeling up to it and have been refeeding to introduce legumes and pulses and beans. I am plant-based and eat lots of Dahl (Lentils) and make myself a Vegan Chilli which has Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Lentils and Pinto Beans in it.. I feel like it gives me lots of protein in those particular meals. Anyway as I said I am not a dietician or doctor or anything - but just wanted to share what I eat to make sure I am eating extra protein.
Anyway - well done and good luck.. it's a journey not a destination and this is just another corner to turn on your journey to Ultimate Health.
