HI Viviana,

Well done on some impressive results - that must feel amazing to see you really taking back your health through the work you are doing!

Now I am no Doctor or Health Coach so I really can't give any advice. The only thing I can offer to suggest is once you are feeling up to it and have been refeeding to introduce legumes and pulses and beans. I am plant-based and eat lots of Dahl (Lentils) and make myself a Vegan Chilli which has Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Lentils and Pinto Beans in it.. I feel like it gives me lots of protein in those particular meals. Anyway as I said I am not a dietician or doctor or anything - but just wanted to share what I eat to make sure I am eating extra protein.

Anyway - well done and good luck.. it's a journey not a destination and this is just another corner to turn on your journey to Ultimate Health.

Hi Viviana

Great work with the fasting. I think that when you stop fasting your levels should come back up. You have a low protein diet and high hydration- so they can cause low Urea. Also you may want to start drinking parsley tea to help with the kidneys.

DHEAS is often high when the adrenals are over active. Have you been stressed during this fast? Tyler recommends that you don't work and have time out when water fasting - this is to calm the central nervous system and ensure the adrenals are not working to hard. With any fasting consider doing 7x7 more often to calm your nerves, long walks, baths etc

Tyler may have some more specific recommendations

Contact me directly if you have anymore questions

Kind regards

Hi Hayley,

Thanking you so much for your response and advise which is so much appreciated.

I have started to introduce pulses and beans into to my diet which I love.

As I have been struggling with severe weight gain and vertigo for long time now, loosing weight has been impossible due my insulin resistance and thyroid issues until now.  I cant believe I lost weight for the first time in over 10 years.  Im so happy and cant wait to do another fast in January.

I went and saw a Clinical Dietician in Perth long time ago who said to me I had to cease doing all my juicing and limit my fruit intake to one piece per day.  I should have know better not to waste my time.  I obviously never went back and decided then to take control of my health and follow Tylers protocols..

It's so obvious health professionals have no idea what they are doing and instead of helping very sick people they are contributing to their  illnesses which is so sad.  Thank God for both Tyler's and Don's teachings, wisdom and knowledge healing people around the world.

I'm so loving this journey, I'm just quietely in the background learning and abosrbing all the information along the way with this beautiful authentic Tribe Group, Educators and all the Coaches.

I'm so looking forward and hopeful to regain my health back so I can live life to the fullest and be the best version of myself.

Thanks again,

Kind Regards,

Hi Colleen,

Thanking you also very much for your reply and advise which is very much appreciated.

I was not aware about the the low drop in Urea and will definately start utilising our organic parlsey from our garden and drinking parlsey tea as you recommended.

Your are correct my DHEAS levels were very high during my fast and true indicator that I was and continue to be very stressed.

I so tried my best to focus and love myself.

As a carer to my beautiful 85 year old mum, she has ended up in ICU several times with reacurring AF -  congestive heart failure.

As I am with her most of the time during the day to offer her support it breaks my heart and soul each time she struggles with her breathing and ends up in ICU. She feels so scared on her own so I need to be their.

I try and help her with massaging her with my YL essential oils, putting on her portable diffusor and going  through 7 rounds of 7 to help not only myself  but her with her lack of breathing and chest pain,.

I bring to the hospital clean water and cold pressed juice from home but as her cardiologist has placed her on 1.5 litre water restrictions its hard to give her any more.

She is stable at home this week but I am feeling that I am continiuosly anxious making it difficult for me to focus on myself.

I can feel that my adrenals and nervouse system are working overtime and try my best to continuously work on myself.

Thank you Coach Colleen so so much for re-emphasing what I need to do and offer to contact you.

Kind Regards,

Viviana Sputore

Hi Chris,

I know I answered you directly but I wanted to answer here in case anyone else is having any issues.

The BEST place to check right now is always the Private TRiBE Premium Facebook Group - because whether it's Live in Zoom or not - it will always (unless any technical difficulties happen) end up in there.

To check the Schedule though you can go to https://healthyselftribe.com/schedule. Inside there we endeavour to have either the Zoom Link if it's Live or let you know it will be in Facebook.

We are continually working on and simplifying this process - thanks for asking the question!

Kind Regards

Hi Brandan thanks for asking those questions mate, other people will vastly benefit from them too.

1) stop eating foods that add bad cholesterol.  I.e. meat, dairy and fats that are animal or man made.

2) stress - that's a whole conversation to go deep in. Your stress? Why? What's your rules and triggers? What's your diet? What's your normal breathing pattern, what's your beliefs of the situation? Do you meditate or why not?
Stress is a made up word for the emotion of scared or being uncertain. When we can flip that uncertainty to certainty, people lower their "stress". So we need to have a chat about that more.
3) High BP - what's your diet? Exercise? Water intake? If you can, do the 7 rounds of 7 breathing exercise and also go for long walks. Eat plants and fruit. Have tomatoes ???? drink grapefruit juice etc.

once again there are lots of things.

But why not have a coach and you get together and delve deeper into these so you can get back in control of your health. Perhaps get some coaching over a few months to empower the truth of your body and healing so you never have to "stress" about these things again.
We're here to help and support you into your full capacity

Hi Clint,

Thank you for getting back to me. I was looking for resources to send to someone. This is not for me personally. The website and resources are not all aligned/integrated to find the valuable information Tyler and Don provide.

Hey Darren thanks for the question.

I fully believe that ANY disease can be healed or reversed with the right protocols.

Some will take weeks, others can take months or years. But if someone does the work, then yes. They can heal from any disease.
Luckily there are people who have reversed MND and CF.
But truly, this convo is not a do a celery juice smoothie or have an essential oil bath and you'll be right. This diagnosis deserves the right foundations for healing and that starts with a call with one of our coaches.
Book one in and have a chat. I personally recommend coaching and even attending TT's seminars on healing and rejuvenating.

Yet to finish once again, I say yes. Any disease can heal.

Hi Toni, sorry to hear you are struggling to find things.. we certainly are wanting to make it as simple as possible. At this time there are no online programs on the TRiBE site. However, right now the programs site is kept here: https://programs.healthyself.co  Let me know if that helps find what you were looking for. If not, please reach out to office@healthyself.co to get the direct link for the program you were looking for.

Once again apologies for the challenges, we hope to improve and simplify things ASAP.

Hi Sarah, sorry to hear you are having these issues. Let me offer a couple of solutions that may be happening...

  1. In answer to your question above you should be able to join at anytime as it's not locked down once it starts.. you can pop in 30mins late if that is the only time you can get in.
  2. Please check the timezone. The TRiBE Premium Schedule which can be found at the link just below, defaults in the Singapore timezone. If you want to check it for your time zone please follow the video instructions underneath the calendar  https://tribe.healthyself.co/premium-schedule.html
  3. Also on the calendar link above you should find the zoom link and updated monthly password. If not this event is also shared live into the TRiBE Facebook group with a link or you can follow along from there... but of course, it's always nice to get inside the zoom to do it with others.
  4. If for any reason we are having technical difficulties - ALL the recordings are kept in the Premium area and here is the special link to go and watch them: https://tribe.healthyself.co/tribe-education/channel/live-morning-activation-recordings

If you are having any other issues, please email tribe@healthyself.co and we will see if we can help any further.

Sorry again that you were having issues, and hopefully you can get on a class ASAP.

Hi Rachelle! Hi Hayley!

Thank You for the video message.

Yes, wealth has also been a new and exciting area of discovery and growth for me especially over the last 2 years. So many unconscious blocks and unserving patterns to work on. Also learned a tonne from Bucky during HTSEO!! And i Am definitely still a work in progress. Wouldn't call myself an "expert" at all! HA! However, my passion is unrelenting.

I appreciate your offer for me to speak this month and I would be truly honoured to share what I'm learning, what daily actions I've implemented and my recent faith-restoring encounter with Crypto too if you'd like? Perhaps the man behind it all, my new friend Shaune, could join us and share a bit about it too. His vision is breathtaking!

I'm feeling more drawn to the week on "Long term wealth strategy" as opposed to the "Lost your job" week. Both are brilliant topics. At the moment my focus is on our "end game" as a Earthly Collective and the strategies we need to create, embody and bring to fruition within all aspects of community, culture and society.

Our good Earth is abundant and until with reintegrate holistically as a species and harmonise our technologies back with Nature, our attempts at Long term wealth creation will be short lived at best. However, i have no doubt in the Human Spirit and the inevitable ushering in of Our Bright Future here on Earth and across all Dimensions :o) WOOHOO!

Looking forward to hearing back from You <3

Hi Michelle, one of our amazing coaches will answer here soon. But I thought I would pop in and say potentially what could be happening is you are "detoxing" something through your skin. From my experience when we start cleaning on the inside stuff that has been "hidden" can come to the surface. But I will definitely let one of the coaches share some more information here

Britelle Humfrey

Britelle Humfrey 28 Sep 2020 05:26 PM

Hi Michelle,

Hayley is bang on - our skin is our largest organ and if we have toxicity built up in our body and our normal channels of elimination (one being via the back door!) are blocked and clogged, then toxins will find another way out - often via our skin. So no, I don't think you've done anything wrong, just potentially a little too fast. For any cleansing we do, preparation is important. There is plenty you can do (this is where being guided by a coach is invaluable) in order to prepare for a colon cleanse and juice fast so that your detox symptoms aren't so severe. This is what I'd recommend as a long term goal so that you can really do some serious deep cleaning which is ultimately what your body needs to fully heal. I do the love the fact that you understand this is what your body needs and want to heal yourself naturally - it's definitely the first step. Sometimes a slower place with full prepration is required though. It's definitely about cleaning things from the inside out.

Unfortunately, supplements are seen as toxic by the body due to the fact that they're synthetic and not real food so, although they have a time and a place like any drug and are great in times of need, they do add more toxins to a body that's potentially already on a toxic overload. Black strapp mollassus is a great source of natural iron. Iron also needs a good source of citrus for our bodies to absorb it so unless your iron tablets have citrus in it, chances are you're not getting much iron from them anyway! So a tablespoon or two of black strapp molassus (organic, nothing added) with lemon or orange juice is a great alternative to getting iron. Heal Thy Self greens (available from the store) are also another great source or iron and pretty much every vitamin and perfect to incorporate into your daily routine.

Grapefruits are an great natural way to lower blood pressure - oone or two a day is a good goal - discuss this with your GP though as we don't want it to lower your blood pressure too much if you're still on the meds.

As far as soothing the rash right now, baths with epsom salts and a top quality lavendar essential oil (like Young Living or similar) will help, as will coconut oil. There are other coaches more knowledageble in the oils area than me. A cold compress may also soothe. I wouldn't use guasha on irritated skin but once it's died down, that will help to keep your skin super clean and breathing.

I hope that helps!

Britelle :)

Hi Naomi, you are doing great!  I thought I might address the emotional side of things here to see if this resonates with your son. Does he feel "deprived, like you are not getting what you want, difficulty communicating your desires because of fear or rejection or of not being liked. Feeling uncomfortable, disappointed and angry. Allowing others to control and manipulate you, then feeling let down, frustrated and disillusioned."

Thankyou for replying Fiona,

a difficult one.  Presently we are coming to the end of a second lockdown stage 4.  He has 3 younger sisters 4,4 and 3.  So I would say yes.  Trying to figure out his place in the pecking order, learning and growing.  He does often yell to to get his point across.  Yes he does get frustrated when things don't go his way.  He is very active, loves being on the move.
