You're taking way too many supplements. All of these supplements are only stressing your body further, and slowing any healing that may be happening.
Most supplements are full of fillers, are synthetic versions of the real thing, and the amount of digestions needed, if indeed your gut is digesting them, and not just sending them straight out in your poop,is also slowing, if not stopping, your healing.
You would be far better doing a juice or water fast, including garlic and ginger, oranges, lemons and apples into those juices. And perhaps even doing 3 days of water, after a few days of juices.
