Often when we feel something’s not quite right we can be up at 2am looking for answers and these roadmaps have been designed with that in mind.
Whether you are looking for extra health tips to be a better version of yourself, or you are dealing with a serious disease, these roadmaps are a foundational point you can come back to, to help you on your path to a greater physical wellbeing. These roadmaps alone do not heal you, however they are an amazing foundation to have in your tool kit on your own “Heal Thy Self” journey.
Before you start, please know you’re not alone.
Often when we feel out of balance we think it’s just us.
There are 7 steps that we suggest that have been tried and tested and helped thousands of people work through different types of physical health conditions such as digestive issues, excess weight, liver issues, fibroids, fungal infections and so much more.
Having a roadmap provides some much needed structure when you need it most. It simplifies things when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
Coming back to the roadmap time and time again will help you come back into balance.

It’s not a course or a program per se, but something to give you structure and ideas about how to cope and where to find in person support.
This roadmap alone cannot heal you, but is a really important start in the right direction.
You may have heard some of the advice before, but the roadmap is your reminder to embody it, really put it into practice.

The first step in any healing journey is to review what mindsets are operating within us.
You might think there is no link between mindset and physical condition, and you might feel to skip this step. However right now we are urging you not too. Our mind plays such an important role in our wellbeing and is intricately related to what’s happening in our body.
We are really lucky to live in an age where now there is so much more awareness and understanding about the ability for us to heal ourselves starting with the way we think.

Whatever is happening for you right now,
use the mantra “My body is strong & healthy”
Put this on your phone and repeat it often.
Especially when everything is feeling difficult.
Our body is basically a system of tubes, when these tubes are clean everything in our body works and flows, when they are blocked things start getting messy. In this video Tyler Tolman will explain how cleansing and detoxing is the foundation to physical health.
The next step on the roadmap is about taking your power back.
When we are out of balance it’s so tempting to want someone to come and save us. That someone is You!
Really see this as a truly positive thing.

Find people who can understand you and support you while you go through your healing journey is so important. To be heard and listened to and to receive advice only when you ask for it, rather than it coming unsolicited from all different directions.
It can feel so isolating and lonely if you don't have a strong support system.
