1 Day Water Fast – The Radical Benefits


Hey guys, I want to talk about the radical and amazing benefits that come from one day of water fasting.


If we look back thousands of years, there’s this guy by the name of Hypocrites who said when people got sick, simply fast ONE day.

Simply fasting that 1 day, which is either just drinking water or juices, which are packed with antioxidants and vitamins, minerals and little microfibers that just clean everything out, gives your body the time and space to detox.

Fasting allows the body to reset and catch up.

You might have seen the documentary Eat, Fast and Live Longer by Dr Michael Mosley. In it, they showed how in as little as 1-2 days of fasting and getting rid of all calories, IGF-1 in the liver, which is the main factor in cancer growth, is cut in half.

When we fast, the body goes into ketosis and full detoxification mode – our liver cleans out, our kidneys clean out, and our body starts to push toxins out through the 4 channels of elimination: perspiration, respiration, defecation and urination.

There are methods of supporting this one day of water fasting, which I teach on my website. They’re very simple skin cleaning techniques, digestive cleansing techniques, breathing techniques and all these things that can really help us to eliminate toxins.

Now, if you’re feeling a bit rough after a blowout, the best thing to do is sleep in.

Ideally, you want to be drinking water before you go to bed the night before. Then, the next morning, maybe go through some of these techniques; whether it’s sweating in a sauna, digestive cleansing, some skin cleansing, some breathing exercises the next morning, a long walk – whatever it is, just sweat everything out.

Wait a little bit longer before you start shoveling in food and drink, etc.

Maybe do a salt flush. If you really go off the bender, one tablespoon of salt and some warm water, drink it down and flush it out. Get into a hot bath with Epsom salts and essential oils or sit in a sauna to sweat it all out. If you have to go to a gym to sit in a steam room or sauna, that’s fantastic.

Coming into the new year is always a great time to really clean out last years’s shit and move into the new year properly!

You could start with a 4-day colon cleanse, then follow it with juices or water, or maybe a raw food diet for 3-7 days.

Those types of things will allow the microfibers, nutrients and goodness to come into your body. It will totally prep you up for what’s going to be happening this year. I personally am going to do some fasting so I ring in this new year with real clarity and energy in a fantastic way.

So remember guys, if you’re feeling sick or you’ve got a headache coming on, one single day can really clean out a lot of stuff.

As little as 24 hours can make a big difference.

And what I would say is, if you don’t think you can fast all day, eat dinner and then don’t eat again until dinner the next night.

That’s 24 hours of a fast.

Massive things are going to shift and change, especially if you’re following my little protocols for supporting detoxification.
